I found my software needless to say. So now on with the show.
First up... The kitchen. I used to have very pale contractor beige walls in my kitchen. I also have light cabinets, countertops and floors. Can you say blah?
Well here we are now... Red and gold. I love my kitchen. The last project will be black marble countertops but that's a couple of tax returns down the road. I made the curtains myself. Simplicity pattern 4656. They really were easy.
The knitting:
The first is a hat for my Grandfather. It was a couple of inches in last night. It is about an inch form being completed tonight. I found the pattern here so you can see what it will look like.
The pink and brown for DD
My boss' wife is preganant w/ their second boy. They are due in March so I'm working up a couple of these Sirdar Vests in Patons Grace in taupe. They are really soft and should make for nice spring sweaters.
And last but not least another vest for DD. Buffaloe check in blues.
So I guess that's it for tonight. The cable is being wonky so I'm getting off of the computer. Hope you all have a great evening.

Wow...I love your kitchen too! Very pretty! I might even consider cooking if I had that kitchen. :)
Great job on the curtains!
